Continuous Improvement Manager

Holland is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager-HEBU that will drive a culture at Holland resulting in improved safety, improved business process effectiveness, efficiency, customer satisfaction and financial performance. You will also be within the Holland Equipment Business Unit (HEBU) to support and drive continuous improvement initiatives established as part of strategic plans and the Business Management System (BMS) using Lean Principles.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement annual CI strategies in conjunction with HEBU leadership, consistent with HEBU and Holland objectives.
Coach and develop associates through classroom and hands-on training of lean / six sigma / problem solving techniques.
Assist managers, supervisors and leads in the identification of waste and improvement opportunities while coaching appropriate process improvement methods.
Develop, promote, collect and report HEBU CI metrics and results, ultimately tying the CI results to overall business objectives using a visual scorecard.
Act as an advisor, as requested, to support the CI objectives of all business units within Holland and the Curran Group.

Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 25%
Technical, Engineering, or Quality BachelorÔ€™s Degree required
A minimum of five of experience in process improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment, with at least two years of management experience is preferred
ASQC or Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
