Duties Directs the process of implementing strategies of Partnership Advancement, including research, ideation, design, construction, launch, testing, assessment, promotion, and change management.
Generates and implements ongoing communication plans for partner communication utilizing various communication media, platforms, and messaging that effectively reach the intended audiences and facilitate interaction or collaboration.
Collaboratively assesses learning strategies for partnership relationships that deepen the movement's thought leadership of Scripture engagement.
Studies, researches, consults with experts, and develops learning topics appropriate to Partnership Advancement strategies.
Constructs interactive, easy-to-read, and progressive approaches to deliver such learning to intended audiences.
Manages the teamwork and resource-sharing necessary to create and launch communication and learning programs.
The team may include the League's internal network as well as external experts or consultants.
Collaborates with Partnership Engagement to build promotional efforts for BLI's Scripture engagement strategies, including new programs, training, materials, etc.
Creates, designs, and implements assessments to determine the effectiveness of partner communication and learning programs according to Partnership Advancement strategies.
Oversees project management of the development of communication or learning programs.
Travel as required (estimated travel will be up to 25% of annual work time).
Performs additional duties as required.

Partner Relations Directors, Marketing & Communication, consultants as necessary, Information Technology, Bible Translation Qualifications Must be a Christian, having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Must also agree with our statement of faith and conduct his/herself in a Christ-like manner.
Must have at least a master's level education in such fields as Christian ministry, communication, marketing, or education.
Must have at least 5 years of experience leading collaborative efforts with diverse teams toward the shared accomplishment of organizational vision and strategies.
Must have a working knowledge of organizational marketing, including communication, design and iteration, promotion, and assessment.
Standards of Performance Build creative, collaborative, and positive teamwork around partner communication and learning program development.
Builds, launches, and assesses partner communication and learning programs that our interactive, engaging, enjoyable, and effective toward Partnership Advancement strategies.

Maintains consistent, positive, and enjoyable collaboration among them in the pursuit of BLI's strategic aims.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
